Ingredients
- 2-12 fresh Thai chilis, chopped small
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1-2 teaspoon water. Optional
Instructions
- Thinly sliced Thai chilies and garlic. Mincing the garlic is fine, too, if you don't want to bite into a big chunk of garlic. The thicker you slice your chilies, the hotter each bite is, so keep that in mind when slicing them.
- Add all the ingredients to a serving bowl and whisk together until the sugar dissolves. Adjust with more lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chilies if needing more heat! Let the sauce sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the ingredients to make a mini marinade. And that is it, my friends! Super simple!
