1. Grab these simple ingredients

 2. Soak  bamboo skewers in water for 30-60 minutes.

 3. Add the herbs, sauce and spices to make the marinating sauce. 

4. Marinade the pork for a few hours, then thread on skewers for grilling. 

5. Grill the pork on the grill until throughly cooked.  

6. Brush any leftover sauce and some coconut milk on the meat on the grill.
