An original recipe with Thai Tom Yum Flavors.

A perfect summer drink! Citrusy, sweet and herbaceous!

1. Grab these simple ingredients

 2. Make the simple syrup with sugar, water, lemongrass, kaffir leaves and galangal.

 3. Muddle the fresh herbs in a cocktail shaker. 

4. Add the liquids and mice to the shaker. 

5. Shake until cold to the touch. Pour the crispy cocktail into a glass of ice. 

6. Garnish with fresh chilis, lime slices or kaffir lime leaves.
