Thai sweet and sour chicken 

A simple but savory Thai stir fry dish

A light stir fry  dish perfect as a week night dinner. 

1. Grab these simple ingredients

 2. Make tapioca slurry in a bowl and set aside. 

 3. Add garlic, shallot and oil to a pan.

4. Add fresh herbs to the pan to cook until tender 

5. Add the chili flakes to taste and stir. 

6. Add tamarind and fish sauce, taste and adjust to taste.
