Thai Mango Salad with cashew.

A delicious and healthy Thai salad! 

A light  & healthy summer salad with fresh herbs!

1. Grab these simple ingredients

 2. Make the dressing by adding fish sauce and sugar to a small pot 

3. Add the dried shrimp and cook until softened. 

 4. Slice the mango, chop the herbs, and add to a bowl. 

5. Mix it all together in a bowl using a spatula or wooden spoon.

6 .Add the cashew nuts. Season to taste with more lime juice, fish sauce and chili flakes.
