The ultimate Isaan-Thai salad! 

A light, healthy and easy salad with fresh herbs!

1. Grab these simple ingredients

 2. Make the toasted rice in a pan.Toast until golden brown. 

3. Grind the toasted rice in a  rice grinder to fine powder or with some texture left.  Up to you!

 4. Chop the fresh  herbs into a bowl. 

  5. Add the ground meat, season with fish sauce, lime juice and chili flakes. Add toasted rice last. That's it!
