Oliang, Thai iced coffee

A creamy and sweet treat of Thai iced tea with tapioca pearls. 

A perfect summer drink to cool off in the summer months!

1. Grab these simple ingredients

 2. Combine sugar, condensed milk and salt in a bowl.

 3. Add the Thai mix  to  a French press.

4. Or on the stovetop! Whatever is most convenient for you!

5. After the coffee is steeped, pour over tea sock to filter. 

6. Add the  coffee to the sugar mixture in a bowl.

7. Pour the sweet coffee over a glass of ice and top off with evaporated milk.
