Thai Iced Tea with Boba Pearls. 

A perfect marriage of bouncy boba pearls and creamy Thai tea!

A delightful summer treat! 

1. Grab these simple ingredients

 2. Cook the tapioca pearls until the balls float to the top.

 3. Combine sugar, condensed milk, salt in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.

4. Steep Thai Tea, then pour over a tea sock or cheesecloth to strain any lose tea leafs.

5. Stir together until well combined and  you have a creamy orange tea

6. Add a generous amount of cooked boba to  serving glasses

7. Add ice then pour the creamy Thai tea to the glass. 

8. Top off with evaporated milk. That's it!
