Som Tum, Thai Green Papaya Salad

An Iconic Thai Dish!

1. Grab these simple ingredients

2. Shred the green papaya and placed in ice bath

3. Pound the chilies and garlic in a mortar  and pestle

4. Add peanuts and bean and pound together in a mortar dn pestle

5. Season the salad using fish sauce, palm sugar and lime juice

6. Add the shredded papaya and carrots

7. Pound together in a mortar and pestle.

8.  Sprinkle with peanuts and serve with sticky rice!
