GAI TOD- Thai Fried Chicken Wings

The perfect  Thai appetizer! 

1. Grab these simple ingredients

2. Make the marinating paste using cilantro stems/roots, garlic & white pepper

3. Add the paste, fish sauce & seasoning sauce together

4. Add the chicken to the paste and mix well. Marinade for 30 minutes minimum.

5. Add the rice flour  to the wing mixture

6. Fry the wings  in hot oil 

7. Remove the wings from oil and placed over wire rack.
