A refreshing and tropical drink with mini boba pearls!

Mango Sago Dessert.

Only 4 simple ingredients!

Mangoes, boba pearls,condensed milk, coconut milk 

1. Cook the mini tapioca pearls.

2. Cook boba pearls  on the stovetop until done. Rinse in cold water and set aside.

3. Add mango, coconut and condensed mil to food processor.

4. Blitz until you get smoothie-like puree 

5. Prepare serving glasses with a generous amount of tapioca pearls.

6. Add the mango puree to the glasses with tapioca pearls.

7.  Serve immediately and garnish with more mango, mint or toated coconut flakes.
