Nam Jim Jaew, Thai dipping sauce 

The ultimate Thai dipping sauce for EVERYTHING!

Use honey instead of  sugar for a healthier option!

1. Grab these fresh Thai  ingredients

2. Dry toast Thai sticky rice for an earthy & crunch to the sauce.

3. Chop all your fresh herbs and add to a bowl.

4. Add tamarind, chili flakes, fish sauce, lime juice and water. Stir!

5. Add honey to mixture and stir. Agave works well too for a healthier option. 

6. Stir  together. Adjust as needed with more honey, tamarind or fish sauce.

7.  Final Step. Add the toasted rice! Very important! 

9. Stir together one last time. Use it on everything!
