Butterfly pea flower tea with boba pearls

A creamy and sweet treat from the exotic flower of Thailand. 

A perfect summer treat to cool off in the summer months!

1. Grab these simple ingredients

 2. Cook the tapioca pearls until the balls float to the top.

 3. Combine sugar, condensed milk, blue tea powder, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.

4. Pour the steep tea  into a the blue sugar mixture.

5. Whisked until well combined and creamy.

6. Add a generous amount of cooked boba to a serving glass 

7. Pour the creamy blue tea to the glass. 

8. Add crushed ice then top off with evaporated milk.
